Growing Instructions:
Sowing: Start seeds indoors 10–12 weeks before the last frost, as celery requires a long growing season. Sow seeds ⅛” deep in seed trays, keeping soil moist. Transplant seedlings 8–12″ apart in rows 24–36″ apart when 5–6″ tall. Prefers rich, fertile soil with pH of 6.0–7.0.

Germination: 14–21 days at 60–75°F.
Care: Keep soil consistently moist; celery requires ample water. Mulch heavily to retain moisture and maintain even soil temperature. Fertilize every 2–3 weeks with a nitrogen-rich fertilizer. Blanch stalks by wrapping lower stems with paper or mounding soil 2–3 weeks before harvest for milder flavor (optional).
Harvest: 100–130 days from transplant. Cut stalks at the base when they reach 8–12″ long. Harvest outer stalks for continuous production or entire plant for a single harvest.
